【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesproceduresforthedeterminationofsteel-on-steelanti-wearpropertiesofhydraulicfluidsbymeansofperformanceinavane-typehydraulicpump.Itcoversarangeofhydraulicfluids,bothanhydrousandaqueous,intendedforapplicationswherehigh-speedslidingcontacts,suchasthosefoundinavanepump,areencountered.FormineraloilsofcategoriesHMandHV,andfire-resistantfluidsofcategoryHFD,themethodisapplicabletoviscosityclassesISOVG32,ISOVG46andISOVG68,asspecifiedinISO3448[1]Underdifferentspecifiedconditions,themethodisapplicabletoaqueousfire-resistanthydraulicfluidsincategoriesHFA,HFBandHFC,asspecifiedinISO12922[3],withinthesameviscosityclasses.NOTEViscosityclassesbelowISOVG32andaboveISOVG68canbetestedbythistechnique,butrequiredifferentconditionsofpumpinletviscosity,andhavenotbeenwidelyassessed.ThisInternationalStandardisconfinedtothespecifiedlimitingvaluesdefined.
