适用范围
本标准修订并代替GB/T 11956-1989《高速复制录音磁带》。
本标准规定了高速复制录音磁带的要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志标签、包装及储运。
本标准适用于带宽为3.81mmγ氧化铁型的标准型和长型高速复制录音磁带。
本标准与GB/T 11956-1989的主要差异如下：
———在编排格式上按GB/T 1.1-2000，对原标准做了一些结构调整和编辑性修改；
———将“4 产品规格”改为“4 分类”；
———删去原标准产品规格中的长度2000m、2250m、2500m，以“按合同规定”形式放入尺寸一览表中；
———以“5.2 尺寸”和“5.3 机械性能”代替原标准中的“5.3 几何尺寸和机械性能”；
———删去了“机械性能”中的“拉断强度”，增加了“剩余伸长”；
———对耐磨性的要求改为“按合同规定”；
———电性能部分只给出相当于合格的最低要求，删去“优级”和“一级”两个等级；
———删去了相对灵敏度中3.15kHz和12.5kHz两项要求；
———测试中使用的基准带用“Y348M”替换原来的“R723DG”；
———相对灵敏度中的315Hz和10Hz要求值分别以-3dB和-5dB代替原标准中的-1.5dB和-4dB；
———对“屈服力”、“参考电平对偏磁噪声比（A）”和“复印比”指标做了一些调整；
———机械性能试验方法，以直接引用GB/T 7309-2000中相应的试验方法代替原标准的方法；
———检验规则中删去了“型式检验”部分，增加了验收检验项目和具体抽样方案；
———将“7 检验规则”重新进行了编写。
